What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal and bank transfer.
Can I return a product?
Absolutely yes! To make a return you must download, fill out and send to assistenza@lullabibags.com the return form that you can find at this link .

Do you offer customization of bags?
We do not currently offer a customization service. We hope you will still be able to find the bag that is right for you among our collections. Stay tuned for any updates!
Can I pay on delivery?
Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment. We accept major payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro), PayPal and bank transfer.

How long does it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed within a maximum of 3 working days from confirmation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, it is possible to return the order once received, within the established times.

Can I add or remove products from my order?
Unfortunately no, once the order has been placed it will not be possible to modify it. If you want to add products you will have to place a new order; if you want to remove products, you can return them once you have received the order.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on the service selected and can take up to 4 working days, excluding order processing time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our bags all over the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination, applicable rates will be displayed during checkout.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Of course, you can proceed to manage your shipment independently once you have received the email from the courier. We recommend that you make the change as soon as possible after receiving the email.
The tracking system says the package has been delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors or whoever may have picked it up for you. If you are unable to locate it, please contact our Customer Service team at assistenza@lullabibags.com for assistance as soon as possible . Please remember to have the tracking number we sent you for the package ready.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for Italy vary based on the service selected:
- Standard home delivery (2-4 working days): €6.99

My shipment has been put into storage, what can I do?
If your shipment has been put into storage, please contact us as soon as possible at assistenza@lullabibags.com, communicating the details of your order. We will provide the courier with the correct information to organize a new delivery attempt and quickly resolve the problem.
We are here to help you and make sure you receive your order without any further inconvenience.

How often is a color restocked?
As we use mostly recycled yarns, we cannot guarantee a constant restocking of the colors. For this reason, we recommend that you buy our bags as soon as they are available.
Are the bags handmade?
Yes, all our bags are handmade with great care and love. Each piece is unique and may have slight variations in size, which testify to the craftsmanship of the product.
What should I do if my Olivia bag gets dirty?
We recommend treating our bags with care. Although the material is washable, the bag should not be put/washed in the washing machine as it contains a metal part that could be damaged. In case of stains, we suggest you gently clean the bag with a damp sponge and Marseille soap.
How can I take care of my bag to ensure it lasts a long time?
We recommend storing your bag in a dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent the colors from fading. Also, avoid contact with rough or sharp surfaces that could damage the material.
Do you offer a repair service for damaged bags?
Yes, we offer a paid repair service for damaged bags. To request
a repair, please contact our Customer Service at assistenza@lullabibags.com, providing details and/or photos of the damage.
The repair is subject to the availability of the yarn for the bag to be repaired.
Are your bags eco-friendly?
Yes, we are proud to use recycled yarns and sustainable materials in the production of our bags, thus contributing to the reduction of the environmental impact.
Are all bags one size?
Generally speaking, our bags have the same size, however, since they are entirely hand-made products, they may differ slightly from one another, also depending on the type of yarn used.
I would like some advice on a bag, what can I do?
We are happy to help you choose your ideal bag! You can contact us at any time through our social channels, via chat or via email. Just tell us your request, and we will respond as soon as possible.
Are Olivia bags lined inside?
No, our Olivia clutches do not have an internal lining. However, they are still very compact!
Do the clutches come with a chain to carry them over the shoulder?

Come posso prendermi cura del mio Beauty Bag?
Se hai bisogno di lavare il tuo beauty, tieni presente che potrebbe perdere parte della sua forma e morbidezza originali.
Ti consigliamo il lavaggio a mano (o in lavatrice a una temperatura massima di 30°C, solo se necessario), girando il beauty al rovescio ed evitando candeggina, lavaggio a secco o asciugatrice.
